Sylvia was born in New Jersey and raised in West Palm Beach. She’s lived in Florida since she was 3 years old, and is bilingual with Spanish as her second language. The ocean and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center are some of her favorite places. Sylvia enjoys bike riding and taking her two dogs Baxter and Lilly to the beach. Mom was very strict growing up. She taught Sylvia the importance of family and helping people with whatever she could do for others. Mom was always very social, outgoing, and genuine and Sylvia inherited those traits too. This is why she loves being a mentor at Hearts for Moms.org. helping young teen moms and young single moms.

Sylvia gets her work ethic from her Mother. She is also married to a veteran who was in the army for ten years and taught her much about work ethic as well. For many years Sylvia had a successful career in title insurance where she focused on building relationships. She understands what happens after a home goes under contract and why deals can fall apart. Sylvia knows how to get a home to close. She is very consistent with sending written thank you cards and acknowledging milestones with other Realtors. Sylvia knows the importance of the different critical dates on contracts. For many years she assisted Realtors with open houses, negotiations, and phone calls.
A LOVING MOTHER KNOWS BEST
Having grown up in Florida for the past 40 years, Sylvia knows the Palm Beach area well. She is hardworking, and great at seeing others' perspectives. A loving mother knows best, Sylvia has two kids Caleb 26yrs old, and Christian 24yrs old. When her youngest son Christian didn’t like a teacher in middle school because they were difficult, she explained that someday he may have a boss that is difficult too. It was a lesson to not quit or give up just because something is difficult. Just like that Sylvia will never quit or give up on you with your purchase or sale!
